A waterline is being built in Unicoi that will stretch from the Elementary School to Unicoi Road. According to Jeff Linville of the Unicoi Water Utility Board, the project is well on its way to completion. He says that they haven’t encountered any problems so far. Officials hope that the new water line will bring a hotel and restaurant to the area.
